HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - More than 20,000 people are expected to attend the 62nd annual Food & New Product Show next weekend Nov. 8-10 at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall.
Hawaii’s longest-running and largest consumer show will feature food samples and products from more than 250 vendors, live entertainment, giveaways, contests and more.
Jade Chun from show organizer Pacific Expos and Christopher Calaro, owner of Local Poke Bowl from Waialua, joined HNN’s Sunrise to talk about the event.
Local Poke Bowl will feature a nori poke taco bar at the event, where you can choose your ingredients and customize your poke taco.
Other dishes include ahi katsu, ahi belly bites, and poke nachos.
Hours are:
- Friday, November 8 from 5-9 p.m.
- Saturday, November 9 from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- Sunday, November 10 from 10 a.m.
